Application and Contract for Booth Space
By signing and submitting this contract I agree to follow the directives of the event coordinator and I will not tear down early without first talking to the event coordinator. Vendors who tear down early without talking to the event coordinator will not be invited to the next show.
Please read, fill in the application and submit. Booth Fee is to be paid when you submit this form.
Your booth assignment will be sent to you when all booths are reserved. Handmade Crafts will be in the Armory and mix of Handmade Crafts and Consultants will be in the Pine Tree Plaza. Former Vendors will get the same booth as they have had in the past, unless they let me know otherwise.

All Vendors who have request electricity have been put in a designated spot. Charging Stations will be available to those who are not next to an outlet.
In the event you must cancel; up to 7 days prior to the Craft Show you will be reimbursed. Any cancellations less than 7 days before the Craft Show will be considered non-refundable. This show is filled by First Paid basis. If you want the same booth placement, talk to me!
Set up for the show may be done on Thursday, before the show, between noon and 4 pm or on Friday, first day of the show, between 8 am and 10 am. You may bring in your own tables or display units to fit inside your booth area.
The hours of the event are Friday, from 10 am – 5 pm and Saturday, from 9am – 4pm.
